My understanding was this swap was the same as installing an H22A, you'll need to convert to cable shift linkage, H swap mounts and axles like the H22A swap. While I think this is a cool and different engine, for the money and time involved plus hacking up your car to fit the shifter, I'd go with a GSR swap instead.
i appreciate all opinions so i dont take offense... well i want an all motor setup that i dont really have to push it to make a little over 200 hp... id like to be able to rock it around whenever i want.. i also like the being different point of it.. and the reason i made this thread is for research on what needs to be done to pull it off and how much $ it would cost so i can compare with other swaps... cuz when its all said and done cheaper and more reliable to make the power i want is better..

what are u talkin about thats a good swap!!!!! it will be better than the average b- series swap!!!!! plus i belive the f20b has an iron block!!!! and that will be good for boost!!!!
^^ You're getting a little too excited there bud. I just had a simple question. I don't deal with many engine swaps and various combos so i was wondering if there are certain benefits of this swap over a B series. The OP answered my question well; whereas, you just gave me your opinion and a few half-facts
now my decision relies between the f20b and h22... leaning more toward the h22 but would still like to learn more about the f20b... all help is still appreciated
thanks

don't F20B's also come with like 85mm pistons stock.. With a nice lil bore, I believe u can go up to like 87mm an still have an 88mm stroke, which will still rev up faster than any H22 setup... IMO anyways, i'd say do it.. I have a friend with a built n boosted F20B-crx and his **** runs superrrr hard....
