ummm ctr cam question!
ok im getting a ctr intake cam for my gsr is it worth it to get the exhaust cam as well or is the ctr exhaust cam the same as a gsr one, i have heard it is just wanted to no 4 sure
If I remember correctly, the Gs-R uses dual valve springs on the intake side and single's on the exhaust side, so to run the ctr exhaust cam, you would need the dual valve springs as stated above

u dont need to use duel valve springs or at least i didnt.. i revved my b16 with 99 spec ctr cams to 8,500 all day long no problems ! using a itr ecu. good luck ! ctr cams are better then gsr or itr cams..
CTR cams are only SLIGHTLY better than JDM ITR cams or 97-99 USDM ITR cams.

you dont have to change your valve train to run ctr/itr cams. just dont rev pass your stock redline becuz your stock valve train will wear down faster. i'm currently runing 00' itr cams and its fine. also, put in both intake and exhaust because you will get more power that way...
