So I have been having a friend do almost all our fabrication as of late. Figured I would post up the latest of his work and see what you all think

why you showing off my work alpha? who welded that errol? it looks great

it looks exactly like the peakboost we have on that black EP3 which is about to crank up this week!

Where'd he get that head flange? quality of the manifold looks really good. What welder is he using also?

I've found that the cheapest place for pipe is from acestainless

Looks fine- seems like the common design. I've never really liked that #1 runner is like half as long as #4 with those manifolds.

I'm not some maniac that thinks the runners need to be equal length +/-0.125" or the header won't work, but I can't help but think it's better if the runners are similar lengths even if just for thermal expansion purposes.

I know packaging and space constraints are what they are though.

Looks great. I wish i had the time to learn to weld like some of you guys. I'm also short the few grand it takes to get a decent welder. Maybe some day...until then, keep it up

You can get a decent welder used if you look around, I got a Sync 500 for $600... and there are plenty of decent self-taught welders on here. Take a look at Toxic's thread, amazing for a self taught guy.
