Default Questions About Integra Audio

I'm looking to upgrade my stock audio system because it sounds like crap. I'm a noob when it comes to audio setups so I need some advice on what to get. I am planning on getting new speakers all around, a new stereo, and new wiring. I don't need a sub/amp right now, I don't need my system to hit hard it just needs to sound clean...distortion when cranked up blows. So far after making a list of stuff off of Crutchfield I found some Kicker 6 1/2" speakers for $70 a pair (x2), plus a JVC stereo for $150, and then 50ft. of 14-guage wire comes out to $30 or so. Will this make for a nice setup? Also out of curiosity, what is the RMS power rating for the stock Integra stereo? I google'd...but no luck.

If you need to know the specific gear I'm looking at here are links.

What is your budget? Why do you want new wiring?
Save your money on the wiring unless yours is shot to hell.
Look into clarion sources. JVC is not very good. They make some of the better stuff that doesn't cost an arm and a leg.
You don't need speakers unless yours are blown. The source makes the most difference.
