You can't use the Si engine harness (you can probably sell it in the H-T marketplace though, someones always looking for one) Use a '96 - '99 Integra engine harness (GS-R or ITR if you don't want to have to wire vtec in the engine harness.) You will also want a B16A3 or B16A OBD1 ECU (P30)

Use the stock Harness from you hatch and modify accordingly.
You can use everything, but the harness & ecu. OBD1 P30's are hard to find, maybe you can use a chipped P28 or GS-R Ecu.

If it was an OBD1 engine i'd agree with you. But in the case of an OBD2 engine in an OBD1 chassis it really doesn't get any slicker than an OBD2A Integra engine harness (plugs into both the civic shock tower plugs and all the OBD2 components on the engine)

Only differences is the OBD2 sensors that the OBD1 Ecu WILL NOT look for. So an OBD1 Harness is perfect. Only difference is the Alt, Dizzy & Injectors Plugs. If he can find an OBD2 teg Harness, than go for it, OBD1 Dizzy & Alt can be had for less than the Harness IMO.
