Ok I have a stock PR3 b16a2 head and while at the machine shop, they said that I was missing dual valve spring on one side... now is this abnormal? because I have never removed anything from it and I have had it for 6 years, are things springs only for the one side i.e. Intake exhaust?

 

IIRC the PR3 head does not have dual springs on it from the factory. either someone replaced only one half the set or the machine shop is trying to be funny
