any boddy have any other ideas why my 1995 d15b7 is dumping way to much fuel its running really rich. It is fouling out the plugs and runs like crap the concrete is black from the muffler and i dont know why

 

Faulty coolant temp sensor or 02 sensor - off the top of my head.

 

already changed the o2, and the computer, fuel pressure regulater, thought it might be a stuck injecter but i changed them and it is still doing it im out of ideas

 

Check/replace your coolant temp sensor.

 

this may be a dumb question but what does the coolant temp senser have to do with it pushing to much fuel

 

The coolant temperature sensor (ECT) tells the ECU whether or not the engine is cold or hot. When the engine is cold, the ECU uses a predetermined air/fuel ratio that is very rich to run the engine. A bad ECT may falsely tell the ECU that the engine is cold all of the time, thereby making the engine run rich all of the time.

Other items to consider:

Is the thermostat stuck open?
Is there an exhaust leak near the O2 sensor?

These issues could also make the engine run rich.
