Default obd0 crx problem

today when i was adjusting the distributor i was tightening one of the bolts and the wrench touched the plug with 2 wires that goes to the distributor. once that happend i saw a little bit of smoke kinda just like from a little spark. well once that happend the car shut off and not one thing will turn on headlights, signal lights when you turn the key on nothing comes up or any sounds of the car being on. even when trying to start it its like if the battery wasnt connected but the only thing that works is the hazard lights and the radio which i wired it up straight from the battery

well sounds like to me you popped a fuse. look under the hood you'll see a lil black box up by the window. pop the cover off and you should see some fuses. i think it could be one of the fuses in there check all of them. if not those then under your dash start checkin fuses left and right.

Sounds like the main fuse under the hood in the fuse box. 50 amp, but doesn't look like a normal fuse.

Look at the ECU light, it should flash xx amount of times that tells you what the problem is. Look in Haynes manual, or just go to auto zone and they will tell you what the problem is.
