Do yourself a favor and buy a factory service manual:

Best $69 you'll ever spend for your vehicle.

Another one is the Clifford 50.5x, it's 200 bucks and has 1/4 range. Get a 50.7x and have a mile range.

... Secure your car.

first thing you should do i get an alarm, and a damn good one. learn as many security tricks as possible cause the car you have is one of the most stolen and sought after cars in the honda world.

get a 2 way alarm. i'd also get the autolock for your clutch pedal and use it on a regular basis.

hell, if you got money, i'd get Lojack.

2000 si you say 38 super is a pretty good alarm or pretty much a any 2way alarm will work as long as you dont go too cheap on it. (ps. remember to activate the alarm LOL I was a victim to thieves because of my human error. I didn't lock the alarm THANK YOU AAA insurance!)

do not ever attend a meeting or take a picture and post it with your plates on!

buy an alarm, keep it in a garage, buy the lock type lug nuts 16 of them 4 for each rim!

leave it at your neighbours if you ever take a vacation with the car and no one else behind! or take out the battery as the alarm would be helpless and no one can steal a car that doesnt run neither would they have the time to check whats wrong.

dont buy some crazy body kit for it and paint it some stupid neon colour, keep it simple!

^taking the battery out isn't going to stop someone from stealing it with a flatbed or a tow truck. i'd rather leave the battery in if i were him and have the alarm going off. flat beds and tow trucks seem to be the method of choice for thefts by an experienced thief nowadays.

^^very true!

maybe he can just take out a fuse that runs the engine, that way he can still have power going to the alarm and still have no power for the engine to run. its just precaution, precaution that has worked for a friend before(he had no alarm in his car)

put a body kit, get some crazy *** gauges that light up from the interior, big spoiler like how the fast and furious 1 did it, under the car neon lights, get some hydraulics, buy a D series motor and swap out your B16 and give it to me.

THE BEST INVESTMENT YET!

then I would maybe take one of the fuse that runs the engine, that way there would be power to run the alarm so it can scream and no power to make the engine run?
this is just a precaution, I personally know a someone who was lucky he did so with his eg(no alarm). the guys broke in the car clearly tried several things but ran off with there hands empty(well atleast w/o the car, they got his stereo and ****)
