is it a pain to change the steering wheel with a aftermarket one when i have the airbag? will i get the srs light to be on all the time?

 

actually that is a good question and i also need to know the answer to this for when i get my steering wheel.

 

You will use a ~2.2 ohm resistor on the airbag leads to make the SRS computer believe there is still an airbag.
This will not however trick the IRL computer into believing the airbag is still there, do so at your own risk.

 

the light will be on all the time,i dont worry that,but the horn i had to install it on the side that is bad
