Default ? DC JDM Header Vs. JDM ITR Header ?

Ok, I was just curious to see if anyone has noticed a diffrence in powergains between these 2 headers. I have a B16 and about to purchase a header. I am sure there is a weight difference. How much heavier is the JDM ITR over the DC? Also, what are the main diffenceds in the primarys, like size, length, etc.? I am trying to get a good comparison between the 2 such as weight, HP/TQ, look, etc. anyone with any info please be welcome to share. I might just buy both and compare the 2 and sell the one that makes less HP/TQ. "LOL" I wish I had money like that. Thanks everyone.

They are basicly the same as for power the JDM has some welds that need to be cleaned up on the beging of the header where it bolts to the head with a dremal tool and then it is the same as the DC as far as power but only like 1Hp difference as for weight the JDM weighs in at 16LBS and stock weighs in at 28 lbs. I would go with the JDM because you can get heat shields so you can hide it from the cops and the DC hangs real low so it will bet banged to alll hell if your car is dumped.

BUT yet there is a skid plate that is offered for the JDM 4-1 98 ITR header
http://www.fastlineperformance.com/skidplate.htm so yes the JDM ITR Header may be a bit pricey but at least you have the choice to prevent it from dents and scratches if you order this skid plate

Inline Four is pretty expensive.

I can get you a brand new DC JDM Header for $275 shipped.

Underrated which is 16 lbs. the DC JDM or the ITR JDM ?
And do you mean the stock B16 is 28 lbs.

Between the 2, id go with the 98 JDM R header, similar HP but the JDM had a smoother line on the dyno, peak power is great, but how smoothi is it gettin you to that peak power? Also need to think about how many mods your going to have done to your car? i was going to get the JDM but after considering my goal, i spent the x-tra bucks and went with the toda header. If you put cams, pistons, raise CR, etc.. your gonna want that bad *** flow! but between the 2:
JDM
DC
Also, the DC does hang lower, or it looks like it does from all the pics ive seen anyway, maybe its just the bling-bling chrome...

According to this website the DC header used on this R during the testing showed that it made more hp than the JDM one but only by 2 hp.

The Toda made just as much as SMSP but we're back to that broke college student syndrome again.
