Default 99-00 si foglights

ok, i need someones help on how tocut out the inserts for my foglights and what tools to use. They are aftermarket foglights that you see on ebay all the time so if anyone can help it will be appreciated.

You cut the inserts by drilling holes into the points marked on the back of the bumper and then using the cutting tool of your choice to connect the outside of the circles you've drilled (which will make the necessary section fall out). It's actually really easy; it'll be clear once you look at the back of the bumper. The spots look like targets- they have a point to center the drill and an outline to show which size drill bit to use.

yes its really easy just dont cut too much off try to get a tight fit.....

make sure to drill a small *** hole first in the black plastic parts that are fake brake ducts haha cuz if not, and u drill too big...the fogs will look shitty mounted...

Make sure you cut a small hole first, then enlarge little by little.

i just used a wallboard saw(drywall saw) didnt want a dremel or jig saw it out. . might loose controll.

same thing i did but i was still worrying about losing control and making a new design by my fodlight but everything worked out fine...lol

yea man just put in a few holes where it says, and connect the dots. it's pretty easy.

also make sure you separate the left & right brackets from each other before you get started. I mixed them up on accident when I took everything outand had to try all combinations to get it sorted right lol.

btw- i most likely got the same fogs as you...beware, the switch they provide is a P.O.S. it doesn't illuminate when the fogs are on like they should, and it gets stuck (in both directions). so when they're off it's hard to get them back on, and vice versa...i'd recommend getting a different switch- i know i will be soon.
