oil pump seal, rear main seal, cam seals, cam seal plug, valve cover gaskets, spark plug seals........
I would suggest getting Genuine Honda parts instead of others (Advance Auto, Autozone, etc.) Nothing beats original factory quality and reliability.

I'm definetly getting all OEM parts. Valve cover gasket was done recently so I'll reuse that, havent had issue's reusing those in the past.
why would he replace his rear main seal and oil pump seal for maintenance lol? thats just plain stupid. dont fix what isnt broken my friend.
replace the belt tensioner while your doing your timing belt! alot of timing belt failure is due to bad tensioners.
also whole your cover is off you should do a valve lash adjustment. and you should consider seafoaming the car.
* sorry double post.
sweet thanks for the advice guys....Im planning to seafoam actually this weekend before I do my oil change
Ill add the cam seals, tensioner and spring to my list of parts
We are up to $325 in parts
DIY and not paying for labor = sweeeet

Change tranny fluid (& filter if auto), 4whl alignment.
When you flush the radiator for new, I recommend using Prestone radiator flush. You essentially drain the coolant, fill with water and Prestone, drive it 30 minutes and reflush. You will be amazed of the crap that comes out of your cooling system.

What's stupid is not doing it?! I bet you have never changed a rear main seal before. Just because it's not "broken" doesnt' mean the OP can't replace them. Dumba55 people, I swear.
-drain coolant
-fill with water and Prestone
-drive for 30 min.
-drain cleaner & water mix
-flush with a waterhose while car is idling & heater is on until you see clear water
-refill with coolant
Stuff works great. It also helps clean out those block passages.

If you are going to be replacing the rear main seal. You might as well just replace the clutch while your at it. Your going to have to pull the tranny, remove the clutch, and the flywheel in order to get to that seal.
^^ exactly. Thats why maybe the other guy said not to do it. 1 **** leads to = another. Then you end up rebuilding the whole engine...LOL. Atleast thats what happened to me.
