NEED HELP! coolant leaking INSIDE my car
Today I was istalling motor mount inserts. In the process of removing the rear mount, I drained my coolant. I also disconnected the coolant line going to the firewall. After putting my car back together, I started to pour coolant in the radiator. I noticed coolant was leaking near the hose that was connected to the firewall. My friend adjusted the clip, eventually fixing the drip problem.
Once in my car, I couldnt turn the heat all the way to HOT. I didn't think anyhing of it. I ran my heat for a 20 min drive. My car was running surprising cool. Then my car began to run REAL hot at a light. Basically overhating. I was also leaking coolant inside my car! I then drove home, which took 20 min, without the heat on. I set it the temperature thing to cold, and the air to recirculate, and when I got home I heard a hissing inside the car. Again, more fluid in the car.
HELP!

I am afraid it might be the heater core. Even if it is, can I bypass that coolant line? I noticed I'm not leaking coolant from the line I disconnected, rather, I juse hear hissing and see coolant INSIDE the ****** car!
I could give two ***** about my heat right now. I just want to make it to IL tuesday.

The heat does work even though I can't adjust it to full on hot.
Also the metal fitting the coolant line goes over has been crimped slightly. I don't see how this would cause coolant to leak inside..
