Icon6 O2 Sensor problem with aftermarket headers

Been a while since i posted on these forums since i sold my last car and started using mass transet here in NYC.

But here goes, Brother-in-law lives in south jersey and owns a 4 door civic DX, a month ago his exhaust manifold cracked and set off his o2 sensor. He decided to buy some headers off of Ebay. ones he bought didnt have a cat..
so now he has no cat to put the second sensor into and his check engine light is coming on and he cant pass state inspections cause of this

Any way we can get this to work? anyone have any suggetions? or has anyone run into this problem that can offer help?
Thanks in advance for the help..

get another stock DX header w/the cat and thats it or... the hard way, put a cat after the header and extend the sensors to reach that far.

You could have an exhaust shop drill out a hole and weld in an O2 bung
