I have had 3 accords that were 94&95s and every cluster I put in there does the same thing. The speedo won't work for a few seconds of driving and then it will go crazy and then it will act sort of normal. I know for a fact it is the speedometer and not the speed sensor. So what I am really getting around to is has honda ever had a recall? If not they probably wont now anyways. How could the recall ball get to rolling. I know I could buy just the speedo but that is 143 plus shipping.
Don't want to jack this at all, but would anyone find it useful for a write up on a complete cluster disassembly on here muffin man? I mean I have two extras, and some spare time, just did not know if it would be useful at all for anyone.
A cluster disassembly? Or how to get to it? I wrote one up on how to get to the cluster, I don't believe there's an actual disassembly one though. It would be beneficial probably. I know the points in question have been talked about (for the bad speedo) but I don't remember a picture of them.
Yeah, I was just going to show what to do after you get that thing out of the dash, which could not be anymore of a pain. I mean, having two spares sitting around, gotta do something with them.
