I JUST BAUGHT A 89 CRX SI. I STAY IN VA. AND IF YOU GUESSED IT INEED THAT STUPID VEHICLE INSPECTION. The horn does not work. i took both horns off. I tested the pasenger one and it worked when i ran wires directly to the battery. The drivers side did not work. My ? is do both horns need to work when conected or can one work with out the other. I also had a tester to check the wires for the horn. when i depressed the horn the tester showed no current flow. WHAT CAN I DO TO FIX THIS> CAN SOME ONE SHOOT ME SOME IDEAS TO FIX THIS PLEASE>


Also Im Looking for a left tail light. some gsr seats. A complete LS swap 90 91 teg. Its best if your located in VA that would make things easier thanks.
