Will I have to use the B16A harness? What are the differences?

JDM harness's are BACKWARDS and worthless except for scavenging plugs. In a pinch it can be made to work with a wire tuck but it's a PITA.

 

you can use your stock civic harness on your b16 swap

 

Use your Si harness, lengthen what is needed and run a knock sensor wire. This is what I did.

 

I have a 1994 Si and am swaping in a B16A SiRII (S4C LSD ) swap and I tell you guys, I can't wait I've been wanting to have a 92-95 Si wth a B16 since I was 12 kid you not.

Anyways, sounds like the only thing I need is to wire the knock sensor?

 

Assuming you are using the P30 ECU (stock B16A), all you need to do is lengthen a few wires and run a knock sensor wire.

I did this swap 8 years ago and I liked it.

 

X2 The wiring for the IAT sensor needs to be lengthened, I think that may be the only thing that needs to be extended actually.

 

How do I run the knock sensor wire? Do I need to know a specific pin on the ECU to run it?

 

I'm guessing this is in the archives so I'll just search for it.

i also believe you will have to extend the o2 sensor wires due to the location being down at the bottom tube of the header but that should be it as far as wiring goes when you use your harness.
