Cold start question- Do I have too much fuel or not enough?
When my motor is cold (never been started) I have to crank it for an extra second or two. I know I am being super picky, but when it is hot it starts like stock. How do you know if it needs more fuel or less fuel? What are the secrets to a good cold start?
Any help is appreciated.

No, actually I have the HKS F-con Vpro. I know it isn't popular in the honda world. But it is popular in a lot of other segments. I have the software. And this is a Single Turbo Supra. But anyways... that shouldn't matter right?
I am just asking a general question because I am being super picky. It starts fine, WAY faster than any AEM ems. But I would like to get the cold start to be as fast as the hot start. It takes a tad bit longer.
I just dont know if I should add fuel or take it away. Any suggestions.
Thanks!

Oh cool.
If it were me I would play with it either way, and see what works best. Sorry, I don't have a more intelligent answer than that. Trial and error is sometimes the best policy for ironing out good starts.

touch the gas pedal a little when you start it.
if it starts easier - it is too rich
if it is harder to start - it is too lean
