If you're N/A, set timing to 18 degrees.

Set timing with a timing light. Trying to set timing without a timing light is idiotic.

You should be able to purchase a timing light from any local auto parts store.

Sorry, I'm not in Canada, so I'm not sure which shops you guys have.

This is a simple DIY task.

C-speedracing.com has a DIY section. They have instructions on how to check your ignition timing.
