Default 1995 integra 4 door auto

I found a new car so this one HAS to go. This car is my daily driver, as i commute back and forth from seymour to columbus everyday. The miles are all highway. The only "mod" is a cold air intake and lowering springs. i bought the car like this. The barcode was not my doing. I purchased this car to have a reliable ride back and forth to work everyday. And it is perfect for exactly that.

The good:
Runs PERFECT
body is in great shape, minimal rust and just a couple dents and dings.
BRAND NEW 250 dollar exhaust (i have the receipt, i replaced the fart can that was on it origanally so its nice and quiet now!)
Great gas mileage!
Power EVERYTHING including sunroof windows and locks.
Cruise Control!
Starts everyday without a problem.
Brand new tires!
New alternator

The bad:
Car needs a little bit of paint work (front bumper and trunk are black, and it has barcode on the hood.)
transmission slips sometimes going into 4th, but i drive it 60 miles everyday without issue.
interior could use a cleaning
Power steering and A/C were removed by the previous owner, the lines are there, all you would need to replace are the pumps.

starting price is 2k. OBO. don't tell me my price is too high, thats why it says BEST OFFER.
I HAVE TO GET IT SOLD ASAP. so im willing to take a hit.

I'm not being a dick, I made an offer, I've paid even less than my offer for nicer cars.

You are selling a 14 year old integra that needs ALOT of body, rust, and paint work, has a Power Steering rack, with no pump (which tears the **** out of the rack and bushings), as well as it needs a transmission. You are not selling a minty car, you are selling a base model integra with rust, beat to **** body work, and a dying transmission.

Automatic transmissions sell for $250+, and for that, you have no idea what kind of condition the replacement will even be, they are not $50, that's just ignorant. Replacing a transmission is also not exactly a 15 min job to replace.

My offer still stands, I'll even bring Steelies so you can keep the TSW's.

show me another 4 door integra nicer than this one for 650 dollars.

when i said lowball, i figured i would get half my asking price.

i drive this car 60 miles a day without issue. it doesn't burn a drop of oil. couple leaky seals but that is to be expected.

the only "problem" with the car is it slips when going to to fourth gear, but if you let your foot off the gas when it shifts, everything is golden

look here:
http://www.crxsi.com/for-sale/cars/C...1232739160.htm

$100 transmission.

and im sure if i looked around i could find one for 50$

have you never heard of looping a power steering rack? seems to be reliable enough for everyone else that takes their PS out.

there are 3 "major" dents on the car, all of which could be popped out.

if you call that a lot of rust, then you must not be too familiar with midwestern hondas.

i'll get what i want out of this car, which isn't much, but more than you're offering.

i can always rely on craigslist.

No, its not to be 'expected', my civic has nearly a quarter of a million miles, and doesn't leak or burn anything...

If a transmission slips under just about any circumstance, it is FAR from 'golden', that's just moronic to say.

For starters, the sellers titled it "Cheep Engine and transmission"

Second, Look at the picture, thats for an OBD-0 car, notice the intake manifold, that is not for a B18B1, thats for a B18A1, I doubt its compatability with an OBD1 car.

Third, its in Kansas, so I'd be spending nearly $200 in FUEL just to get to it, so then I'd be driving for 10 hours ONE WAY, so I'd need another $60 for a hotel room for the night.

So then you are spending $450 for the WRONG automatic transmission.

My Current Honda, 236K miles on it:

Its a 95, I paid $1100 for it, Transmission is perfect, Mint interior, everything works, including the A/C, and notice how all the body panels are the same ****ing color, if your car was in similar condition, I would pay $1800-2000 for it, but its not.

I've been flipping cars for the better part of 4 years now, and if its not mechanically sound, You aren't going to get **** for it on craigslist, just more low-ballers. The economy sucks, and you are asking 2 grand for a car that leaks oil *Which you just now mention, and failed to bring up earlier*, and a slipping transmission.

a 'realistic' asking price would be $1400-1500obo, and you'll get $1000, MAYBE up to $1200 if you get lucky, but $2000obo is a joke.
