It's weird though, because the fuel filter is brand new, I haven't even driven it maybe but 1000 miles IF THAT on the new fuel filter...
The car was running completely fine until my crank pulley bolt came off on the freeway, then it started acting weird, and would bog out at throttle. Other than that, ZERO PROBLEMS. That was why I was thinking maybe the strainer was clogged since the filter was new, but the problem now seems worse.

I have new lines on most of the Vac hoses, but I will double check it.
I have swapped the main relay to a known good one, I do need to check my fuel pressure, but I do not have the tool to do so, but will get it asap.
not very long but the pulley didn't fall off, it stayed in place, only the key and bolt came off, but I don't understand why it would cause this problem? Like I said, car was running fine and STRONG prior.
Also the Map sensor was good, but who knows, could have went bad after the whole crank pulley thing, because I know my Dizzy went bad at that time, and I had to swap it.
I appreciate ANY and ALL help you guys can give me, because I have been screwing around with just about everything.

this might me kinda dumb to say but did you make sure there was enough gas in the tank bc when i replaced the strainer in my crx it was doin the same thing and i did all kinds of dumb **** as well thinking it was some thing worse untill i put gas in the tank.
if you do have enough gas go back and check the strainer and the fuel pump. the strainer might have fallen in the tank during installation or one of the wires might have come loose or busted at the fuel pump.
thats all i can think of.
hope it helps carnal!!

somewhat, sounds more like it's running on some rougher cams, but sometimes it sounds normal, if I gas it, it sounds boggy.
i was going to say that^^ otherwise maybe its in the injectors, pcv valve or as stated fuel pressure. hope you figure out whatever it is GL!!

Timing is NOT off, I have checked it NUMEROUS times, and it's dead on. If it were damaged valves though, why would it start up, and then shut off after running?
might have plugged up with debris.
Also, the sock on the pump might be sucking up into the pump.
I remember hearing people with that rare problem long time ago.
Car would run and shut off a bit later after it finally got starved for fuel.
Do you have a fuel pressure gauge? Maybe monitor that for the short while that the car runs. See if it the pressure drops as the engine runs and finally dies.
What happens if you start is and try to hold the RPM at about 2,500?
Does it die or will it stay on?
I listened to the video a little more closely and it almost sounds like it only dies when at low RPM.
Just a shot in the dark but my civic did this same thing when I left it in storage and a mouse chewed through some wires. You might want to check your wiring in the dark with a bright flashlight. That how I found out about my rodent attack.
