hey evryone just wondering if there is away to tell itr rods from gsr rods, is there like a stamp or some coding on the rods that say its a b18c5 rod or not? is there any distinct characterisitics of type R rods? i know a guy that will sell me a set of R rods for 150, and would like some advice on how to tell if they are authentic or not.

They have "R" stamped on them.

 

they should also have a 2 digit bearing code inked on them as opposed to a single digit code. 22 23 24 25 26 I believe.

great thanx guys! i just picked me up 4 R rods for only 150 bux only used for 6000km(i think thats like what 4000 miles?) they look in pretty good condition. thx again guys!
