Sup everyone. Ok so i am the proud new father to a 2000 ITR #1030.
I recently decided that I was going to keep it close to stock. However I had a Hondata S300 ecu from my old car and was going to use it. A couple of issues i am having. After putting the Hondata in, starting my car in the morning is a bitch. It will not idle up to 1500, i have to hold the pedal to keep the RPMs up or it will cut off. On the stock ECU it cold starts fine but after warming up it will idle to low 4-500RPM.
Now i was thinking maybe the injector need to be replaced or the dizzy needs to be replaced. I tryed to replace the rotor button on the dizzy and it is seized to the shaft. There is also white powder inside which lets me think it got to hot and maybe fried something. My boy is goin to let me try his and see if it runs better.
I dont know if it could be the injectors because the car has 110K miles on it.
Has anybody had this problem before. HELP please.

The white powder is just corrosion and is common. You should get that rotor off though and replace it and the cap.
Does it idle at 400-500rpm with the stock ecu or the hondata?

What I'm getting from your post, is that your stock ECU everything is peachy and with hondata ECU in not so much. With that being said, I have no experience with Hondata but I do have experience with AEM. Shouldn't there be some sort of cold start/idle option or function that you can play with settings to help your car cold start/idle. I would try hooking it up to a lap top and do some hunting around for that sort of option.

No, should be same size, unless gsr had diffrent injectors.
Do u have a laptop with the hondata s300 program downloaded? If so, plug it in and click on fuel trim, and on top it should say what the last injector size was.
