Default Manual engine in Automatic Car

Whats up H-T?
My neighbor has a 91 5 spd Integra sedan. He got rearended like two months ago and I am helping him look for a shell... The problem is that I have only been able to find him Automatic shells that fall into his price range.
He has the complete 5spd car with complete engine and has access to an auto tranny for $100 from a friend of his. What needs to be done to the engine to make it compatible with the automatic transmission and the automatic car. If there is already a thread or link on this I'm sorry but the new H-T format sucks A$$.
Any and all help will be greatly appreciated!

The seller says the Automatic car is only missing the engine and tranny. Thanks for all the help guys I'm working on a $200 finders fee and his 5spd tranny. Been looking for like a month and a half. Thanks again for the input guys.

That would be the Ideal thing to do but hes trying to keep the 5spd tranny....
