Auto to manual mount, rear T-bracket, front lower transmission bracket. You should have no problems using the automatic harness that I can see.

You also need

auto to manual tranny mount for DC integra

Clutch Slave cylinder

manual half shaft

Clutch setup Flywheel, clutch bolts, flywheel bolts

(the bolts are gonna be hard to find oem but ARP sells them check on the catalog for the part number)

I have 90% of the parts to do this conversion aswell good luck

I've never really been able to get a straight answer on it. I can tell you that '92 - '95 civics both automatic and manual share the same rear T bracket, as do '96 - '00 civics. I have heard numerous people state that you must use a 5 speed rear T bracket on integras, but no hard proof that they are in fact different. Do us all a favor and post results after you do the swap.

You definitely do need a manual T-bracket. Here is a pic from Meltman's 5 speed swap thread on Team-Integra. The bottom hole is what is different as well as the spacing between the 2 on the bottom.

As far as a list, this is mine. I'm in the middle of doing the swap right now, I'm just waiting on warmer weather to really get into it. There is also tons of little nuts/bolts you'll need from the Honda dealer. I can get you that list if you want it.

1) Manual transmission
2) Shift Linkage(94-01 Integra or 99-00 Si)
3) Skunk2 Short shifter(optional)
4) Skunk2 shift ****(whatever you want)
5) Manual ECU
6) Clutch & Flywheel
7) Manual starter with 2 bolts (1 big, 1 small)
8) 5 spd pedal assembly
9) Clutch master cylinder
10) Clutch slave cylinder
11) Clutch fluid container
12) Clutch hard lines and hoses
13) Manual intermediate shaft (94-01 Teg, 95-97 Del Sol, 99-01 Civic)
14) Rear trans mount bracket
15) Front trans mount bracket
16) Top trans mount a.k.a.- auto to manual mount (Innovative or Hasport)
19) Honda Manual trans fluid (3 quarts)
20) Wiring harness for ECU (Ebay)(harness only needed if going from obd2b to obd2a or obd2 to obd1)
21) Shift boot
22) Energy Suspension shifter bushings(optional)
23) Manual shift console(optional)
24) Manual cluster(optional)

I recommend buying from www.acuraoemparts.com since it will be much cheaper than buying straight from the Honda dealer. Below it has the section that it is in on their site and then the parts you might need in that section. Of course you might need other things; it all depends on what comes with the parts that you buy from people/places. But this is a basic list of stuff that you will need to buy. It goes number in picture / part number / name of item / quantity needed / year of your car / model / dealer price / acuraoemparts price. If you have other questions, PM me.
