The reason it is so bouncy is because you had to cut the bumpstops to incerase the suspension travel. Its either put up with the bounce on some bumps or bottom out alot! I personally have mine set to 1 in front and 2 in the back with eibach pro-kit springs. The roads suck around here and that setting makes a world of difference to me.
Sportlines bite. I've been rocking Pro Kits on all my cars for years now and I love them. Like the guy about from MI, the roads in NY are abysmal. Progessive rate is the only option unless you wanna break a lot of parts and have back problems. "2" settings F&R is my favroite for dailyt driving.
If you're gonna go with a CO kit, Ground Control is your best option. I'm sure plenty of people can help you choose the appropraite rates.

Id use stock springs unless you wanna blow out those KYBs.
Mine are fine for many miles. Maybe it's with the extreme drops of 2"+??

Damn....I think I'm the only one on this board that likes my Sportlines...
But if they just ain't working for you, I would have to vote with the majority on this one and say Ground Control CO's. Dude, don't buy Ractive; you don't want that crap on your car; Toucan Industries gets right up there with APC IMO, and I don't by any stretch mean that in a flattering towards Ractive kind of way.
