Hi Guys,

I just bought an EG si yesterday. It has a B20 in it. When I bought the car yesterday, it was starting up and driving just fine. However, when I try to start the car this morning, it won't even crank. Can it be the starter problem? Please help out guys. Your help is much appreciate it. I'm dying to find out what the problem is.

 

Have you tested the battery and its connections, including the ground wire in the engine bay.

 

The battery seems fine. I popped started the car right now and it work. Could it be the starter?

 

Yeah, it sounds like a starter problem. Check for blown fuses and whether wiring the starter directly to the battery will crank the engine.

 

if its not crankin at all then it could be the starter relay wire those come loose pretty easy

if cranks but wont start its prolly the ECU fuse check your fuses first

then check battery conections and then the starter and then the alternator i have had this happen to me too
