it's not exactly across the street, (~2hours away) but honestly this is the only tuner name you need to know in Ohio....

Also, Crome is ok, but eCtune is better in a lot of ways.
Dave tunes both last I talked to him.

If your in the Cincy Area, Dave Blundell is the man to tune it.

Im in the Youngstown area (just moved my shop from fl), have a chassis dyno, and also one of the orginal eCtune guys. Pm if your interested in a tune.
