Buy a small battery, build battery tray/hold down, run cables. That simple.

 

To add to this, since it will be in the fender, seal it from the elements somehow. Last thing you want is wet terminals, as that speeds up the corrosion formation, and you won't see it happening hidden in a fender as easily as under the hood.
