What temp does the radiator fan come on?

As the topic states. I doubt it differs from ecu to ecu but if it does matter then this is for a d15b1 Civic std.

It's not controlled by the ECU.
it's controlled by the temp switch on the back of the block by the oil filter.

You might have some luck looking it up in a service manual.

Got it... Approximately 191*F - 197*F
