Default HELP! recently turbo'd gsr integra

I just installed a t3 t4 turbo on my 94gsr swap integra. after completing the installation we started it and ran fine drove it to a friends house for the night tried to start it the next morning its hard to turn over and its also blowing a mean amount of smoke out of the breather on the valve cover. any advice and info is greatly appreciated!!! ps It was driven with care because it had not been tuned yet. right now it has stock injectors and pump. My question is why is it smoking from the head and why is it having trouble turning over if it never had that problem before. HELP PLEASE

ya i have the fuel pump for it i was told not to install till were ready to tune but idk bout that. . but no the timing was not adjusted, after i noticed the problems i disconnected the intake line for no chance of boosting but it still wont start and still blows smoke. I will adjust the timing and see what happens.

That's never a good sign if there's excessive smoke coming from the breather...is your breather filter drenched in oil or dry? I'd do a quick compression test and lay out the results here.

pulled the head valves look fine but my number 2 cylinder that had 85 compression piston was damaged. we have pistons from a b18b1 with lower compression is that a good idea especially for boosting?

you cracked the ring glands on the pistons thats why you had lots of blow by. dont be a cheap **** take 400 $ and put some 8:5:1 forged pistons in there and go .5 over.

btw, ungrade fuel system thats why u ****ed ur ring glands, too much detonation from running lean, ALWAYS UPGRADE MINIMUM a fuel pump. get a walbro 255.

Reguardless.. Hope you get this thing running again.. I know it must suck to put hard work into something and be so excited only for it to fail..

If you dont get the answers you need in this forum, you should post in the Forced Induction forum. I'd move this thread, but it's too long to be of any use there...
