Default Which intake manifold for my setup? (B16 setup inside) Valve Springs needed?

Specs Currently:
2000 B16A2 stock block and head
Ebay header modified to 2.5" collector
2.5" exhaust header back to a dual pass a la mugen muffler no cat
AEM cold air intake
Integra type R intake manifold

Current plan:
Integra Type R cams, Possibly ITR valve springs, UGR cam gears, P28 with s100 and a tune.

Now to my questions..

1st question: I have an Edlebrock Victor X manifold that was purchased for a turbo b16 awhile ago that was since sold. Would I benefit to swap this manifold with the ITR one that is currently installed before I get the car tuned?

2nd Question: Should I install purchase valve springs for when I install the cams?

1) no leave the ITR manifold on the motor.

2) yes, install new valve springs. You can get them from James at IPG http://ipg-supertech.com/ for about $140.

1) I am assuming because it has longer runners as opposed to the shorter victor x runners, correct?

2) Should I just do springs? Or keepers and retainers as well? I am assuming that if I get them from James they will be supertech springs and not stockers correct?

Thanks for the reply.

1) Yes

2) Yes, you can do just the springs and use your OEM retainers and keepers.
