Default EL gauge cluster problem

Ok I have a simple question for those who had made the 94-96 EL gauge cluster conversion.
Is there anything else that needs to be modified even if you have the little box that comes with it? I tried to hook mine up and the only connector that fits is the green one on the left, so I plugged it in the left side of the cluster and it didn't lit up after turning the key, and that connector will also fits on top of the cluster but still nothing, plus apparently the screws that hold the cluster don't even align right.
Please anyone that has done this conversion help me out.

Thaks an lot, it looks a little complicated, I'll see if I can find the 94-96 dash harness.
