Default Turn the lights on, brake lights come on. wtf?

I turn the light on - (either driving lights or headlights), and the brake lights come on.. Any idea what can be the problem?

Also if the lights are off, and i hit the brake, the interior lights come on (cluster, climate control)

I have a alarm on this car also.. Would this cause it to do this?

How would I go about fixing it?

Also, when the lights are on, and you hit the brakes, it gets brighter a LITTLE bit... Like its noticeable, but all the lights are on like your hitting the brake.. Even the 3rd brake light

your gonna have to make your way to the wires. just check to see if there are wires going to the wrong lights. i can almost guarantee that some wire went astray.

dammm good luck tracing the wire..
if its somebody that did a choppy chopp job
best bet is to start tracing the wire from the brake pedal.
and check all your light sockets in the rear tail lights
it is most common to short and therefore have no night lights if the sockets are grounding somewhere.....
check all contacts inside the sockets make sure they are not touching each other.

its something they added to the electrical system relays can cause this too from alarms systems when they dont have diodes in them or added, I had the same problem when someone added a alarm and did it wrong by getting power from a wire that worked with the blinkers. And that would power up my stereo when the alarm would go off, weird I know but trust me its something they added onto it. Might not be the alarm but around there.
