I need help removing the center console cover on a Honda Accord LX 2002.
I dropped an earring inside the console where the parking brake is. There are
4 screws. I was able to remove 3 screws, but the screw on the drivers side, closest to the front, I can't get at because of the seat. Please advise. kikitheexplorer@yahoo.com

 

You should be able to remove the cup holder without taking any screws out. It just pops right out. I have a stick, but that whole black piece will then pop up also. The boot is still on the stick but I can then just lift the whole black cover over the e-brake and rotate it 90 degrees to gain access to underneath.

If moving the seat doesn't allow you to access the screw, use an offset screwdriver.
