Input shaft bearing

I have a 96 civic with a d16y8 and i have this growling sound coming from my transmission. I'm pretty sure that it is my Input shaft bearing. I am wondering if anyone knows anything about changing them?

do a search for a guy named SYNCHRO he's pretty knowledgeable about transmissions.

they are fairly easy to do. just time consuming to remove the transmission.

Just search for clutch/flywheel change and you will have everything you need to know.
