but when i drive its quite intill about 20mph then it gets loud like im driving on those rumble strips on the highway? what do you guys think it could be?

 

no difference in driving? might be the syncro's in your tranny friend had the same problem they dont meet up right so they grind when you drive

 

check your tranny fluid probably need to add some had to same problem with two different car they added tranny fluid with the car in the air on jack stands then when drove it i made a loud noise took it back added more fluid and while it was sitting and it was fine after that

 

well it wasnt the tranny both the hub bolts were finger tight! WTF!, we tourqed them and now its fine but i have a wobble at like 70, is it the tie rods, bad tires, or cv axle?

 

Sounds like axles......you should double check all the suspension bolts if that was the case!
