Default Good spring rates for Koni/GC Setup?

I am going to be getting a Koni/GC coilover setup and I wanted to get custom spring rates cause I want a more firm suspension. I have an EG with a b18c and I wanted to hear from you guys what are some good rates for that setup. I am open for all suggestions, I wanna see what is good for me.

I hear a lot of people run well with 450/500.

The first question is what are you doing with the car?

500 will be rather stiff for driving back and forth to work.

Search is your friend. I know in the last few weeks this topic has been covered at least 3 times.

But also, what will you be doing with the car? Obviously a pure track car will demand different rates than a daily driver.
