Wilwood/Tilton clutch and brake pedal

Has anyone used either one of the setups with the master cylinders on the pedals? If so, how do you like it and also can I remove the stock master cylinder and brake booster. Does it require the hooking up of the brake booster vacuum line? Any help would be great. Thanks
