Default 99 Si Suspension question..

I have a couple questions. Now keep in mind I dont have a ton of money. But anyways. When I turns fast my car, rolls, or leans really hard and its annoying as all hell...what can i do to compensate for this....cause its almost like i slide right off my seat....and another thing, my car sits pretty damn high, i wish i could afford a full coilover system, but since i cant, whats best inline? skunk2 coils or eibach coils...i should say sleave coilovers or what ever....you guys know what im talking about....thanks

looks like you want to lower the car. i'd say go for some decent shocks like bilstein, koni yellow, kyb agx, tokico illumna, and pair it with either groundcontrol or skunk2 coil sleeves. if you just want a fixed drop you can look at some lowering springs. a lot of people get 1.5-2 inch drops and that takes care of the wheelgap a bit. eibach prokit, hr sports, etc there are tons of lowering springs out there that do the job.

one thing for sur though, i wouldnt recommend getting stiffer spring rates on stock shocks.

Go with custom rate Ground Controls and Bilstein HD shocks. That setup will work very nicely without spending a ton of money.

Well if you dont have a ton of money like the guy suggested get a set of eibach pro-kit springs and some KYB AGX shox that will cost ruffly 500-600 dollars. Throw in some tie bars and mabey a bigger sway bar and you will be lookin at about 700-850 give or take.

My advice stick with just springs and shox and be happy with the new look and added performance

I went with tokico illumna+ Skunk2+ comptech rearswaybar tie combo and I am pretty happy with it.

unless ur going lower that 1.8 " ur not going to need a camber kit..a little negative camber is good for performance..i think it ll be a tight fit for sway bar but if u can get it it u can use the R s mounting hardware

You can buy the mounting hardware for the ITR sway from http://www.beaksproducts.com. That will keep your subframe from being ripped to pieces.

ITR swaybar=awesome mod
