Default 93 accord CEL

I started up the car today and as soon as I backed it out and put it into drive i noticed this.
Car is automatic.
As soon as I put it into drive the CEL lit up and the gear light (D4) on the console was blinking.
I was still able to drive down the street and back up back into the drive way fine.
I parked it then turned the motor on again, backed out and drove around the block for 5 mins and it didn't come back.

Should I be worried of an impending issue?
TIA

check to see if your still getting a cel by jumping the plug on the pass. side. if not it might be a wire issue or something is starting to go bad

I don;t know much about the TCU and wiring to the tcu, what do you mean by jumping the wire on the pass side?

on the pass. side under the dash in the corner closest to the pass. door. up in that corner is a usually blue 2 pin connector. this controls ur tcu and ecu codes...use a paperclip and jump the connector 2 pins...then turn ur key to the on position...watch ur check engine light blink...long blink=10 short blink=1 and a long pause=seperate codes...get ur engine codes then turn key off and back on and do the same for the d4 light...it will flash the same...return with the codes

Will the code only show if the CEL is on?
THe CEL didn't turn back on after I parked it and drove around for 5 mins around the block.

Bumping an old post.
The CEL stayed off and I soon after neglected the issue.
Now the CEL issue has returned. It is popping up every now and then.
Same kinda of issue, but recently since last week. I am only getting the CEL, no more shifht lights blinking.
Today when I started the car it didn't want to start, I had to hold the key in crank position for about 5 seconds before the car started. After that it started fine.

So This week I will do the paper clip thing and pull the codes.

Can anyone give me an example of a code from the light behavior so I know how to write down the code that I see?
TIA
