HELP!?!! Snapped EZ out in broken water pump bolt.
im rebuilding a b17 i got and i was rushing to put it together and snapped a water pump bolt. well to cut the story short my dad tried to take a the bolt with an ez out and he broke it in the bolt. Ive tried everything to get the **** out but i cant anyone have any ideas?

i even bought this **** called tap out which has this acid that only eats steel and not aluminum but it doesnt work. Ive tried heating it up and trying to break it up.

Plus the fact that you bumped your own thread within 20 mins of posting it. Seriously dude people don't sit around all day on the computer just waiting to answer people's questions on honda tech. That said, pics like said above will help anyone who CAN help you a lot. Did you try using some vise grips to turn the ez out dealyo?
Had the same thing happen to me...
I ended up using a dremel and the smallest attachment I could find. I started dremeling out the bolt, and about 5 minutes into it, the dremel tip caught a big chunk of the easy-out and the whole thing spun out like it was getting unscrewed...easy-out still broken/jammed into what was left.

use a carbide drill bit or carbide burr to get through that easy out... clearance may be a bitch though.
