That aside, you most likely either need to bleed the system, have a dirty or faulty IACV, or have a dirty or faulty FITV.
Are your hoses on tight enough? Are they in good condition?
They should be stiff, but still flexible. They should not be mushy or completely soft, and they should not be completely hard.

they are brand new, and my iacv is new, mabey need to bleed,
also i just swapped this block in and it was totally cleaned and re-built,
so i filled coolant for the first time everything was good now 150 miles after its started to idle like this ?

Start by bleeding the system.
Then check your FITV for coolant leaking into the throttle body. To do this you will remove it via the 3 bolts under the throttle body and see if there is coolant in the ports going to the throttle body.

then i will check my fitv, so what just un-screw it and c if what ?
and then also ill re clean my iacv
HEY< could the placement of my coolant reservoir be a problem ?
of high preasure ? or mabey bad radiator cap ?

As long as the reservoir is hooked up properly and the hose between the reservoir cap and radiator nipple is sealed, it should be fine.
The cap could be a possibility. I'm not exactly sure how to test it though.
for the FITV you're looking to see if there is coolant in any of the 3 ports on it that mate to the throttle body. If there is coolant in them, first try cleaning the FITV using the DIY in the FAQ section of this forum and put it back on. If cleaning it doesn't fix your idle, take the FITV back off and look for coolant in the ports again on the FITV. If there is coolant in the ports again, you need to replace the FITV because the wax piece in the FITV is worn.
