Do performance chips help at all?

I am looking at this performance chip on ebay......will it make any performance difference in my 95 ex accord?

Hondata, or v-afc would be good.

Chipping your ECU is rather expensive to get it done right.

what does the normal Hondata run???

cause i have my accord ecu i could reprogram for my swap... is it worth it?

Most HP to Dollar ratio comparisons will say that it's not worth it, but then again, that goes to speak for most of modifications.
