Default Removing paint on interior panels...

So I'm the third owner of a white EK hatch that I recently came across.

The first owner decided that the interior panels needed to be white and proceeded to paint almost EVERY interior panel white.

The second owner decided that the white was giving him a headache and decided to spray paint the majority of the white interior panels.

The second owner's paint is starting to chip and is not very well done.

I want to do things right and make the proper preparations before attempting the SEM dye process that I've seen a few other members here undertake. Is there a good way to get rid of the two coats of paint first? Paint thinner comes to mind but is some pretty nasty stuff and I'm scared that it will cause more damage to the interior panels...

Anyone have any recommendations? Thanks!

would definitely not use any super harsh chemicals, cause they will cause problems for you later on. My advice. PRESSURE WASHER. im going to go ahead and assume that the first two people probably didnt prep it well, or at all for that matter. the paint should come right off with a pressure washer. just dont get to close or have to tight of a stream cause it will go right through that damn plastic.
