ok i got my crx up and running..
91 hf with 99 d16y8 and p28
im throwing code 14 so i clean the iacv and disconnectd the battery and ecu then waited and hooked back up and still have the code

what could be the problem

 

do you have a roaming idle?? or is your idle normal?

 

did you hard wire teh iacv or use a harness with the plug? if you wired it check where you wired it and your pinout

 

Pull the hazard fuse not unhook the battery.....

 

I'm having the same problem except I have an b18a1 and the iacv hasn't worked before or after the swap

 

thats probably because you need a new one.

 

I've replaced it with another one not a new one but I cleaned it out with carb cleaner and the problem still occurs
