Default How do I set Cam timing afterhand?

SO i pulled my head off of my integra to replace my pistons and rods via the engine still in the car... i did not set my cams to TDC before i pulled them. I rotated the crankshaft to get all of the rod caps even and the belt did not spin with the crankshaft. what are the steps I have to take to correct my cam timing?

Start by aligning the white notch on crank shaft pulley with the pointer on lower cover, making sure distributor is pointing a #1 cylinder, if not rotate crank 360 degrees and align notch, then rotate cam gears till "up" is in the 12 o'clock position and align timing marks on gears to pointer on back cover, install timing belt, your done.94

Drop the oil pan and remove the girdle. You'll have ample room to get them out through the top.
