City lights for 98-01 Integra headlight?
Is there a way to get city lights working in a 98-01 integra headlights with out doing anything permant or causing water leaks?
If so what is needed and has anyone done it? Pictures would be great!
Thank you.

You will have to take the headlights apart to get a city light into the high beam reflector. It's not like a Civic headlight where you can just drill a hole in the housing. The high beam reflector is encased inside the headlight housing, so you'll have to take the housing apart to access the reflector.
Could you use one of these:

...I am sure they are horrible...

Bake headlamps, disassemble.
Remove high beam reflector from housing.
Take reflector, tape over desired location for city light. You want to place it directly below in the bulb in the reflector, so it only reduces light that shines straight up. Drill hole through tape and reflector.
Stuff 194 bulb and socket through hole.
Wire new city light in parallel with marker lamps.
The stock headlamps on an Integra aren't sealed stock. There is a vent tube at the back, to allow moisture to escape. You won't have to worry about moisture as long as you seal back up what was sealed to begin with and leave the vent in place. The heat from the low beam will dry up any moisture in there when you use them.

The accord comment was great. My accord front > bug eyes lol.
I'm sure you can find someone who can do it for a fee. or go to a junkyard or craigslist and find a pair to practice on. Good luck on getting it setup.

I really don't think stock USDM Integra headlights are good candidates for city lights.
But you're right. Use a 194 LED instead, and it will outlast the car, probably.
Eh, city lights are just white front marker lamps for use without headlights to allow people and cars to see you. The OEM Integra front marker lamps in the bumper perform this job just fine, and we don't mandate running without headlights like some foreign cities do (which is the only reason for city lights anyway).
Hey Patrick, would the socket from a 97+ Prelude city light be long enough to reach into the reflector from the back of the integra housing?
I am thinking that it may extend out far enough compared to the sidemarker sockets. Any other ideas how to get the bulb into the high beam reflector?
