PLEASE HELP!!! leaking fuel filter
i replaced my fuel filter on my 98 honda civic and after i was done i notic
it was leaking from the top bolt of the fuel filter, i tried to tightened the bolt more but it wont turn anymore. anybody have any tips to stop the leaking?

Dis connect it and inspect it to make sure you did not strip it. Re attach it and make sure your not cross threading. If it is leaking it is most likely on wrong.

Probably missing the copper washer that fits before the nut goes on. Look around on the ground for it, they usually have a bright orange mark across them. Disconnect and remove the battery before working with the filter.
my new honda filter came with 3 washers. 2 bigger ones (for each side of the banjo fitting) and 1 smaller one (looks to be about 1/4" inner diameter) which is apparently for other applications.

No... apparently you don't know how to change a fuel filter. First you remove the gas cap to relieve pressure... then after that, you loosen the small bolt in the top of the banjo bolt to let out some of the fuel onto a rag so that when you remove the lines you won't spill fuel everywhere. The new small washer goes on that bolt.
